The Buerehiesel Restaurant in Strasbourg
The chef Eric Westermann, the owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Buerehiesel in Strasbourg, called upon Barrisol® to renovate his gorgeous restaurant. Once again, Barrisol® applyied all of our skill and expertise in the region and showed just what we can do.
Inside the orangery-themed restaurant, you’ll find a six-by-one metre acoustic mirror frame, a mini Chantal Thomass butterfly, 3 mini Mantas and a large acoustic and illuminated horseshoe with a print pattern developed specially for the occasion.
